Senior Fitness takes place at the Walker Center 505 Sunset Ave. from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. every Tuesday and Friday. Be sure to make your way here because this can keep you active, healthy and happy. Led by Maru Martinez who loves to keep the Aging active and limber. Chair fitness is one of the many exercise activities she leads and takes great pride in keeping the Aging active. Get out and have a good time with great people.
