Registration is OPEN for Shafter Fit Small Group Fitness Sessions by A3. Sessions start on Tuesday, April 20th!!!
Please read the details below to get registered!
Training sessions are provided by a highly qualified coach for Shafter residents. Group sessions are 45 minute total-body workouts with cardio and strength training coached by a professional.
Only 8 people will be allowed to sign up for a training slot. Only 2 sessions/week per person are allowed for now. Please note that if/when all sessions fill up, more sessions will be added.
Complete BOTH STEPS OF THE REGISTRATION PROCESS TO SECURE YOUR SPOT (see below).
- Mondays – 4PM & 5PM
- Wednesdays – 4PM & 5PM
- Tuesdays – 6AM & 6PM
- Thursdays – 6AM & 6PM
When signing up, you will choose your 2 time/day slots per week (for example, you can pick Mon & Wed 4PM or Mon 5PM & Thur 6AM.). As soon as a session is full (8 max), that option will be removed from the sign-up list.
Training Location: Shafter Walker Center, 505 Sunset Ave.
Cost: $25/per month for Shafter residents ($157/mo value). Must pay online with credit or debit card only. Membership will auto-renew at $25/month unless cancelled. 15-day cancellation policy. This program is made possibly by the Shafter Recreation & Park District.
Due to COVID-restrictions, there are strict capacity limits and all participants will need to wear a mask. Sessions are 45 min. with a 15-min sanitation/”air-out” time in between.
