The Shafter seniors have just about everything to keep their mind working and their spirit joyful. There is not one day when you will find them bored. If they are not dancing, then they are joking and laughing. If they are not doing arts & crafts, then you will definitely find them exercising*. This is a place where new and long time friends meet, hang out, and make the best of every gathering. If you are 55+, or know someone who is, come down into the W.C. Walker Senior Center and make them a visit. We are confident you will not regret it!

No dejes que las palabras “Adultos Mayores” te engañe. Ellos son el grupo mas juvenil que puedas encontrar en todo Shafter! Cada evento es una reunión social donde eres recibido con una gran sonrisa. Los seniors de Shafter tienen de todo para mantener sus mentes trabajando y sus almas llenas de gozo. No existe un dia donde los encontrarás aburridos. Cuando no estan bailando, estan bromeando y riendo. Cuando no estan haciendo manualidades, definitivamente los encontrarás haciendo ejercicio**.
