Welcome to Shafter Little League!

The Shafter Little League Baseball & Softball program is dedicated to fostering a love for the game while developing essential skills, building character, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Our program, designed for youth ages 8 to 12, provides an opportunity for players to enhance their baseball abilities in a supportive and structured environment.

Program Divisions

• Minors Division (Ages 8-10): The Minors division focuses on teaching fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Players will have the opportunity to experience gameplay in a competitive yet supportive setting, ensuring a fun and educational experience.
• Majors Division (Ages 10-12): For players with a more developed understanding of the game, the Majors division emphasizes advanced skills, teamwork, and competitive play at a higher level. All players must attend a tryout to be eligible for this division.Tryouts: Tryout dates will be announced soon and are expected to be held during the first week of March.

Season Timeline and Fees

• Start of Games: Games will begin at the end of March or early April.
• Season Duration: The season will continue until June, offering players ample opportunities to grow, compete, and have fun.

Early: January 3rd - January 31st $75 | $85

Regular: February 1st - February 14th $85 | $95

Late: February 15th - February 21st $90 | $100

All-Star Opportunity

As the season concludes, selected players will have the honor of joining the prestigious All-Star team. This team will represent Shafter in regional competitions and travel to compete against other organizations, showcasing their skills and proudly representing our community.
